Through the program, students and graduates receive job readiness training, mentorship, and get a chance to attend job and career fairs and speak to different companies.

Innovation Challenge

Participants will be grouped and assigned problem statements identified by private sector partners and based on the applications of the participants.

Private sector partners will assign a contact person from their company whom the graduate can reach out to for communication, clarification, feedback, and monthly progress reports. Participants will also be assigned a mentor in their respective groups from StartHub Africa to support them in their skills development and in accomplishing their innovation challenges.
