  1. Physically in Kampala May – October 2024
  2. At least 3-5 full days a week physically available for the program
  3. Excited to improve your soft skills and gain practical experience
  4. Recent graduate (Not more than 2 years ago)
  5. 30 years and below
  6. No current formal employment
